The reason for the drop in height from the carbon dioxide plant is because it actually died close to the end. I believe this happened because the carbon dioxide trapped the heat which caused higher temperature resulting in the plant dying. It also could be that the carbon dioxide affected the photosynthesis process.
Qualitative Data
There were a few observations I made when the plants were growing. The first one was that the carbon dioxide plant had lots of water moisture on the sides of the bottle meaning that condensation took place. This did not happen to the control plant, however. Another observation I made was that the control plant was looking a lot more healthy than the carbon dioxide plant. Something that I did not account for was that the speed in which the carbon dioxide plant took in water. After a day or two of water inside the bottle for the carbon dioxide plant, the soil would be completely dried up!
